Community care has been an essential part of my training and practice.

Support Sessions: How They Help

I recognize that access to supportive care during the newborn period can be meaningful, and that financial circumstances vary across families.

For this reason, I reserve a limited number of community support sessions each month at a reduced fee. These sessions are offered quietly and intentionally, and are scheduled directly with me. Community support sessions are the same in structure, pacing, and care as standard sessions. The difference is in cost only.

  • A small number of sessions are available each month
  • Availability is limited and varies
  • Sessions are scheduled directly with me
  • All sessions remain infant-attuned, baby-led, and unhurried

Community support sessions are offered for families who feel this support would be meaningful and otherwise difficult to access.
There is no application process and no documentation required.

Key Details:

 Community support sessions are:

  • Not guaranteed
  • Offered when space allows
  • Not advertised broadly
  • Not outcome-based
  • Availability depends on capacity and is discussed on an individual basis

How to Reach Out

If you would like to ask about the availability of a community support session, you’re welcome to reach out and share a bit about your baby and what prompted you to contact me. I’ll let you know whether availability exists at that time.

Care Approach

Offering community support is one way I aim to balance access with sustainability. Maintaining clear boundaries allows me to offer care that is attentive, grounded, and respectful of infants and families.
